Our delivery time to anywhere in Ireland is subject to availability at time of order. Normal delivery time is between 2 and 6 weeks. Many of our larger items are made to order and delivery times may vary. Orders over €150.00 net will be delivered free of charge. A charge of €8.50 will apply for orders less than €150.00. We only deliver to ROI addresses.

Ten-year warranty

JAGGO furniture is guaranteed against manufacturer defects for up to 10 years to the original purchaser. Warranty does not apply to normal use/wear of product or product abuse.

Need help setting up your furniture?

Except for our larger pieces our furniture arrives fully assembled. The following services are available for larger orders. Unpacking and placement service: Placement of items to our room layouts and removal of packaging. Call us at 059 91 48605 if you are interested in using this service.

Replacement parts

Our replacement parts service is available to keep your equipment up and running. Call 059 91 48605. It is helpful to have the serial number and/or the order number from the product when you call. For older items we are also able to supply common replacement parts if the design has not changed significantly.

Prices on this website are subject to change without notice. If prices change appreciably we will advise you before shipping.

VAT

Prices shown are both excluding VAT and including VAT.
Our VAT number is VAT No. IE 637 21 70H.

Billing policy

For schools and other customers who have a credit account with us, terms are 30 days net. For all others, payment is due with order. We generally accept payment by cheque or bank transfer. For orders online we use PayPal.

Returns

Please make sure that you have checked the measurements, colours and quantities of your order. We do not accept returns of goods that were wrongly ordered by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Inspecting your order

Please inspect each carton when your order arrives, and note any damaged or missing cartons on the delivery receipt. Please inform us at 059 91 48605 so we can rectify your order.

Designs and materials (product improvement)

In order to improve our products, we reserve the right to alter designs or materials without prior notice. Weights and dimensions are approximate and intended for description.

Supervising the use of our products

Although durability and safety are prime concerns in the design of our product, our products are used by young children of immature judgment and are not intended for unsupervised use. The buyer assumes all risk of injury or applicability to a particular use.

The CE Mark is the sign that toys for children comply with stringent European requirements. We are pleased that our products are marked with this internationally recognised symbol of quality and performance.
