ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY PRODUCTION
Both in the selection of suppliers and in the production processes used, the protection of natural resources, is a priority for JAGGO.This is demonstrated, among other things, by the PEFC seal that our suppliers products have had since 2010. The beech and birch wood that is used for these comes from sustainable forests.
For example, our supplier HABA became the first German toy manufacturer to pass the Eco Audit in 1999 and has since strived towards continuous environmental management in compliance with DIN ISO 14001.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND SUSTAINABILITY IN BUILDING TECHNOLOGY
Recycling of leftover wood, use of rainwater for sanitation facilities, office air-conditioning through earth-air heat exchangers, electricity generation by photovoltaic systems, natural open spaces and facades, green roofs – the list of our supplier HABA measures to protect the environment is long. For members of our suppliers- the HABA Family of Companies, complying with all applicable environmental laws and standards is not an obligation but comes as second nature.
MODERN ENERGY MANAGEMENT
Our supplier HABA has an energy management system certified to ISO 50001. This standard describes the requirements placed on a company to introduce operate, and continuously optimize its energy management system. This certification applies to all of our supplier- the HABA Family of companies Sites.
CONTINUOUS ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
Our supplier environmental management system is certified to ISO 14001. T he environmental impacts of our supplier company are identified and analyzed for continuous improvement potential.
When shipping our products, our suppliers use the most environmentally-friendly and recyclable packaging material possible – and only as much as we really need. The conservation of resources and the reduction of pollutant emissions are firmly anchored in their Environmental Policy.

As a tradition-conscious family-run company JAGGO supplies products, that focus on long-lasting enjoyment and are very high quality, so that they can be handed down from generation to generation.
RESOURCE-CONSERVING PRODUCTION & RECYCLING
Because our supplier’s products are produced at the Bad Rodach site in Germany, they can directly influence the entire value chain. Even the most efficient production processes have some wood scraps left over, which are also used.
Every year 4,000 to 4,500 tons of wood scraps from processing are fed into the heating system. This enables our supplier to heat all the buildings in Bad Rodach, Germany, without fossil fuels.
