Free Delivery
All orders over €500 excluding VAT are delivered free in Ireland. For orders under €500 excluding VAT we make a small nominal delivery charge. Please contact our office for details.

Delivery Time
Community Playthings products 2-3 weeks from time of order.
HABA products 4-6 weeks from time of order.

However, during the period of July to September, delivery times will increase. We urge you to order early if you require your furniture for a specific date, or the start of a new term.

Terms
For Government funded organisations, Local Authorities and Schools we can open an immediate account. For all other organisations your first order should include payment by cheque, following which we can open an account, once your first payment has been processed.

Returned Goods
If you wish to return one of our products, please call us within 8 days of receiving it. You are responsible for repackaging the item. There will be a 20% restocking charge. Items specifically ordered to customer specifications are not subject to cancellation or return.

Damage
Please inspect your delivery when your order arrives, and note any damaged or missing boxes on your delivery receipt. If concealed damage is suspected, please check as soon as possible and inform us within 8 days of delivery.

Supervision
Although durability and safety are prime concerns in the design, the furniture and equipment is used by young children of immature judgement and not intended for unsupervised use.

5 and 10 Year Warranty.
5 and 10 year warranties are available on HABA and Community Playthings furniture.
