Our aim is to create an environment where education will be almost inevitable.

We strongly believe that furniture and toys have to be child safe. That is why we supply furniture, which meets the thorough German, American, Irish and British Safety Standards. All our toys carry the CE mark. The wax, oils and paints used are totally non-toxic, many products being finished with linseed oil that protects but allows the wood to breathe.

We are proud that the materials we use are from sustainable sources. The majority of our furniture and toys are made from Beech wood or Maple, which comes from sensitively, managed forests, as it is important to us that we provide furniture and toys without causing further environmental damage. The wood used to make our furniture and toys is sourced from indigenous European managed forests where the annual fell allows the forest to grow and thrive.

We are aware of the environmental issues surrounding plastic and MDF. Many preschools are now actively working to reduce their plastic footprint.This is why we wish to limit the use of these materials for children's furniture. We like to keep a focus on not only the visual qualities of wood but also the durability and health benefits because it is a living material that is a renewable and recyclable resource.

The very nature of wooden furniture with its different grains means children are in contact with a unique piece every time - a refreshing change in our world of mass produced items and conformity.
